Reservations

Reservation Policy:

You may reserve your dates over the phone.

A deposit for half the rental amount is then due within 10 days of the call to avoid automatic cancellation.

The balance plus a $500 security deposit is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

If the week is re-leased, your deposit less a $100 handling fee is refundable, or the entire amount applies toward the following year.

If the week is not re-leased, your deposit is forfeited.
