This special home was built during the depression by
the grandfather of the current owners K.G. Anthony. Many of the materials used in the
construction were hand-picked by K.G. and his attention to detail is evident
throughout the house.
The house is in excellent shape. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built
in dishwasher, a pilotless gas stove , a microwave, and a large refrigerator.
The living room has oak hardwood floors and pine walls and ceilings
which provide the perfect atmosphere
for relaxing in front of the fire at the end of the day.

The rental week extends from 4pm Saturday to 10AM
the following Saturday. Clean sheets
are provided at the beginning of the week.

July and August $4,250/wk
Rates are subject to change. County room tax of 4% on all reservations.

Reservation Policy:
You may reserve your dates over the phone. A deposit for 1/2 the rental amount is then
due within ten days to avoid automatic cancellation. Balance + $500 security deposit due 4 weeks
prior to arrival.
Cancellations are subject to the following policies.
Week is re-leased:
Deposit is refundable less a $100 handling fee, or entire amount
applies toward the following year.
Week is not re-leased: Deposit is forfeited.
